Refund policy

Membership Refunds: Membership fees are refundable if the request is made within 7 days of payment and the member has not participated in any club activities. After this period, membership fees are non-refundable.

Event Refunds: If a member wishes to cancel their participation in an event, a refund will only be issued if the cancellation request is made at least 14 days before the event date. Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Fees: Any administrative fees or processing fees associated with memberships or events are non-refundable, except as required by law.

Refund Request Process: To request a refund, members must contact us at fencityfencing@gmail.com and provide the necessary details of the payment and reason for the refund. Refunds will be processed within 30 days.
